the hotel's location was convenient for exploring.

I found the room to be quite noisy in the mornings, and i could hear other guests frequently. the steep stone stairs to the lobby were also a bit difficult to manage with luggage. the lack of on-site staff was a bit unsettling. I prefer having someone available.

The location was convenient. I easily walked to most main attractions. The staff was helpful (Tiziano was great). He had much very nice information about what to do and where to eat. Prosecco and biscuits were a thoughtful touch. I chose this place specifically because I wanted a room on one of the smaller canals.

There were steep stone stairs to reach the lobby. I didn't like there was no one there on duty sometimes. I could hear other guests (it was noticeable).
